Run for Relief in Burma
A ‘Run for Relief in Burma’ is being held this Saturday, 6th October at 11am in the Meadows, Edinburgh. This is all part of a global effort to help forgotten ethnic minorities in Burma and to highlight the injustices that they suffer. Funds raised will go to help the victims of the dictatorship’s oppression. The Edinburgh Run for Relief is organised by Partners Relief and Development, which provides relief in conjunction with the Free Burma Rangers. It has been planned for some time and is the first event of its kind in the UK, inspired by similar events which take place in the USA, Norway, Thailand and Australia.

Anyone wishing to take part in the Run for Relief in Burma can register online at the website runforburma.org or turn up on the day.For more information, please contact:
